Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Serves: 4


1/2 cup Vegtago Dynamic Dill Cheddar Cheeze

Medium yellow onion (chopped)

2 cups Vegetable Broth

2 cups coconut milk

1 Large Broccoli Head

1 Large Carrot  (shredded)

3 tbsp Rice Flour

2 Cloves Garlic -minced

1 tbsp Vegan Butter

¼ tsp Paprika

¼ tsp Turmeric

Salt and Pepper to taste



  1. In a large pot, when heated, add vegan butter. When melted add onion and sprinkle small amount of salt. Then add garlic, fry for till onions are caramelized
  2. Add broth, rice flour. Then whisk thoroughly. Add vegetables and seasoning, bring to a boil. When boiled reduce the heat to low for 20 minutes
  3. Add coconut cream, and Vegtago’s Vegan Cheddar Cheeze and simmer for up to 20 minutes
