Creamy Garlic Mushrooms

Type: Side Dish

Time: 40 minutes 

Serves: 4



1/2 cup Vegtago’s Freestyle Cheddar Cheeze

750 g Cremini mushrooms

1 Can coconut milk

¼ cup veggie broth

1 Shallot (sliced)

1 Coriander stem (minced)

6 Cloves garlic (minced)

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tbsp fresh coriander

Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste



  1. In pan add small amount of olive oil, when heated add mushrooms, pinch of salt and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat
  2. Add sliced shallot, coriander stem, garlic and fry for 3 minutes
  3. Add coconut milk and veggie broth, then mix thoroughly
  4. Add Vegtago’s Cheeze and mix thoroughly 
  5. When melted add remaining herbs, salt and pepper
  6. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes
  7. Enjoy as a side dish!
