Sesame Cabbage Breakfast Bagel

PRO TIP: This cabbage topping is versatile. Eat it on its own or add it with cold rice noodles to make it a sesame cabbage salad!

 

Sesame Cabbage Topping Ingredients:

1 cup red cabbage

1 cup white cabbage

½ cup shredded carrots

2 tbsp sesame seeds

 

Dressing Ingredients:

½ cup olive oil

¼ cup rice vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil

½ tsp minced ginger

1 tsp minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Additional Ingredients: 

Gluten-free sesame seed bagel

Plant-based egg

¼ cup Vegtago’s Freestyle Cheddar Cheeze

  

Instructions:

  1. In separate bowl mix dressing ingredients together
  2. Cut into small slices both cabbages and add to large bowl
  3. Add shredded carrots and sesame seeds
  4. Mix well, then add dressing and mix thoroughly again
  5. Assemble bagel with the additional ingredients, then top with the cabbage mix
  6. Enjoy!
