Vegan Tuna (made with Hearts of Palm)

 

Ingredients:

1 can Hearts of Palm

1 Small Square Of Seaweed

2 tbsp Vegan Mayo

2 tsp Dijon Mustard

2 tsp Dill 

1 tsp Garlic Powder

Red Onion and Green Onion chopped

Dash Of Salt and Pepper

Optional: and 1/2 minced pickle to combat the sweet taste of the hearts of plam

Instructions:

1. Cut Hearts of Palm in half. Using fingers or a fork shred the hearts of palm

2. Add ingredients to bowl, mix thoroughly

3. Place in fridge for 30 minutes

4. Make a delicious tuna sandwich! Enjoy
